Terms of Service

By accessing or using AskBadge, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You may use AskBadge only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement and are allowed to use the service under applicable law. If you are using AskBadge on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

AskBadge provides tools for adding AI-oriented badges and prompts to websites, managing site configuration, verifying domains, tracking certain interaction data, generating llms.txt content, purchasing audits, and using related analytics or AI-assisted features.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of the service over time. We may also change feature availability by plan, product, region, or technical requirement.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating or maintaining your account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any two-factor recovery material.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit to AskBadge, including site details, prompts, descriptions, audit inputs, and other account content.

You grant AskBadge a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, modify, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service for you.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit the content you provide and to connect any site, domain, or property to AskBadge.

You agree not to misuse AskBadge. For example, you must not:

• Use AskBadge for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Attempt to access accounts, sites, data, or APIs that you do not own or are not authorized to use.
• Interfere with the reliability, security, or performance of the service, including automated abuse or rate-limit evasion.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the service in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
• Upload or submit content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of others.
• Use the service in a way that could create security, compliance, or reputational risk for AskBadge or other users.

Some AskBadge features require payment. Prices, billing cycles, usage limits, and purchase terms will be shown at checkout or in the product interface.

Subscription plans may renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for managing your billing method and cancelling before the next renewal if you do not want the plan to continue.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or Moltpe. Their terms and policies also apply to your payment activity.

Except where required by law or clearly stated otherwise at checkout, fees are non-refundable. If we downgrade or suspend an account for non-payment, some features may stop working immediately.

AskBadge may generate drafts, reports, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs using AI models and third-party services. These outputs can be incomplete, outdated, biased, inaccurate, or not suitable for your specific situation.

You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it. AskBadge outputs are provided for informational and workflow purposes only and are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, compliance, security, or other professional advice.

AskBadge integrates with third-party services for sign-in, payments, email delivery, AI features, and related functionality. Those services are outside our direct control and may be subject to separate terms, policies, and availability constraints.

We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party websites, or the behavior of AI platforms that AskBadge links to or interacts with on your behalf.

You may stop using AskBadge at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, failed to pay required fees, created risk for the service or other users, or if we are required to do so by law.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including sections related to payments, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute-related matters.

AskBadge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskBadge will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AskBadge's total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100.

If a dispute arises, contact us first at support@askbadge.com. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we may provide notice by updating this page, through the product, or by email when appropriate. Continued use of AskBadge after the revised Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
